Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems automatically receive basic technical details when a page loads:
- Page-view dates and times
- Device type and operating system
- IP address assigned to the device
- Visited pages and time spent on them
- Browser name and version
- Referring website, when available
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic patterns, including popular pages and common exit points. Analytics providers combine that activity into reports. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Route a query to the selected search provider
- Maintain performance and site availability
- Diagnose and repair technical faults
- Measure which resources visitors use
- Display advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Hendry County guidance points readers toward the Sheriff, Circuit and County courts, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. Visitor information is not compiled into a third-party criminal file or consumer report. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies govern submitted queries, including retention and sharing decisions outside our control. Review the applicable provider policy before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Hendry County Sheriff, Clerk portals, Florida agencies, legal-aid resources, or private search services. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Search providers processing a query you submit
- Advertising networks serving page ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data

The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. Information identified as a minor's may be requested for deletion.
